D13040 Prague - Dresden : Our ESN Train

Here is a timetable leaflet, which was distributed to German railway staff yesterday.
It shows two trains (D13040 Prague-Dresden and DPE 13041 Dresden-Wroclaw). Guys, this would have been our ESN Train. German Railways (DB Netz) assigned these 5-digit numbers to our train.
"Achtung ! Der Sonderzug darf nur mit besonderer Teilnehmerkarte des Veranstalters benutzt werden!"
means
"Attention ! This special train can only be used with a specific ticket of the organizer"

Here are the bad news. German Railways clearly expects our ESNTrain to go ahead. As we all know, ESNTrain is cancelled. But that doesn't matter, because German Railways will probably charge at least track fees for our train, because the tracks were reserved in advance.
