Crunching the Numbers: Will it be enough or not?

It is Tuesday, March 31st, 2007. The time is 19:23 CET.
There still no news on the background of the cancellation and no news about refunding our money. The ESN Train people people are probably right now in the progress of crunching the numbers. Will it be enough to repay us or not? That is the question that young people from all across Europe are interested in right now.

What Defenses Are Available To People Accused of Defamation?

We all know that Bernhard Jäggle is crazy on shutting this blog down. He accusses this blog of slandering him.

I am telling him and his "lawyers":
The most important defense to an action for defamation is "truth", which is an absolute defense to an action for defamation.

So each person should read this blog and consider whether this blog represents the truth or not. Many harsh predictions made in this blog turned out to be true.

One more question:
Is Bernhard Jäggle or his "bankcrupt company" really able to pay his lawyers?

The Bernhard Jäggle Scandal

This scandal shows how an individual person has misused the Erasmus name for his personal gain. Bernhard Jäggle has collected several hundred thousands of Euros from students all across Europe to earn an income and to build his own business - Platform GmbH.
In a ruthless way Bernhard Jäggle has mismanaged the money he got from students. Ultimately he lost the students' money through shady dealings and a misinformation campaign.

Platform GmbH under the leadership of Bernhard Jäggle still exists - even today as of December 2009. Despite loud calls from his victims to close down this company, Bernhard Jäggle is still continueing his questionable business practises.

Bernhard Jäggle has greatly damaged the Erasmus brand.

Can you imagine it?
Students all across Europe paid Bernhard Jäggle almost EUR 250,000 to travel on the ESNTrain.
What did Jäggle do? He recklessly cancelled that train on the day of its departure in March 2009. Jäggle knew many weeks before the cancellation, that ESNTrain would never go ahead, because he cannot afford to pay for the suppliers (OEBB Austrian Railways).
So even when he knew about the inavoidable cancellation, he still decided to sell tickets to students all across Europe.

240 days after the cancellation Bernhard Jaeggle has not refunded a single penny to participants. Students are out of cash and angry. Jäggle is hiding somewhere in the Swiss mountains. He is not reacting to anything.

With EUR 250,000 you can almost build a nice house.
Well, Jäggle blew all of this money. This blog intends to make sure that Jäggle is going to repay every single penny he ows to students - pursueing all legal avenues.

What does ESNTrain mean for the life Jäggle?
Instead of building a house in his life, Jäggle has to repay all of his debts - even if it takes 30 years. That's why it is so important to keep this blog open. If we can prove major wrongdoings of Jäggle before the cancellation, we can together ensure that Jäggle is going to be personally liable for all damages.

One thing is clear: The ESNTrain scandal is going to hunt Bernhard Jäggle for the rest of his life.

Did you ask yourself who the ESNTrain and ESN people are blaming for the mess? Yes, they blame the OEBB (Austrian Railways). Read the various posts by ESNTrain and ESN people on the internet. The truth is skewed.
